A trampoline became tangled in power lines in New Iberia, Louisiana, on June 8, as storms hit several parts of the state.

Footage by local resident Sally D’Avy shows the trampoline being blown around by strong winds.

“I was driving through bad weather when I had to stop because I saw a trampoline flapping up and down while hanging from the power lines,” she told Storyful. “The trampoline was dropping poles down onto the road,” she said.

The weather service had warned residents to expect “lightning, brief moderate to heavy rainfall, and gusty winds” with more bad weather forecast for Saturday. Credit: Sally D’Avy via Storyful
