The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) released footage described as bodycam from soldiers involved “in the encounter in which Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar was killed,” on October 28.

The footage shows soldiers walking through rubble. One soldier can be seen firing his gun. Sinwar is not seen in the footage.

The IDF said Sinwar was killed in Rafah on October 16 alongside two other Hamas members. The soldiers involved were not actively searching for Sinwar at the time, they said. Credit: IDF via Storyful
