You could be forgiven for thinking Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is the worst film to ever hit theaters. It got terrible reviews, a wave of bad press, and, by the standard Marvel set, is a box office disappointment. Yet, it wasn’t completely awful - Ben Affleck proved himself to be a worthy heir to Batman’s cowl. Apparently DC noticed this because they’re handing more control to the Oscar winner.
