Snow fell in Utah’s mountains on Monday, October 2, as ski resorts across the state geared up for the beginning of the season next month.

The snow blanketed ski resorts across the state including southern Utah’s Brian Head and the Wasatch Range’s Solitude Mountain and Snowbird, where six inches of snow fell.
