Figures this week showed sales of the handset slumped 19% over the first quarter in China - the world’s biggest market for phones. It’s suffering as local rivals including Huawei step up competition. Ahead of Get Organized Day on April 26, the poll of 2,000 U.S. office workers, commissioned by Mind Reader and conducted by OnePoll, found only 40% are 'very satisfied' with their current workspace, be it from home or from an office. 

Those who were unsatisfied blamed the lack of space (48%), back pain from their chair (34%), and their area being too messy (32%).

Overall, 79% of people take pride in their workspace setup and 86% see their workspace have a “huge” or “moderate” impact on their happiness.

「朗賢峯」為何文田站上蓋項目，早於2016年12月推出招標，項目可建樓面742,716呎，預計可建1,000個住宅單位，原本不是由鷹君發展，而是由當時高銀金融主席潘蘇通、高銀金融以及華融金融聯手投得發展權，當時他們分別各佔項目33.4%、50.1%及16.5%，未計及當時一筆過支付的入場費，單計補地價金額62.8億元，也就是各佔地價20.98億元、31.46億元及10.36億元。
高銀金融及華融金融把項目權益全數轉售予潘蘇通，分別作價60億元及7.033億元，令項目總地價上升至88億元，相當於每呎11,849元，但因潘蘇通陷入財困，其後把項目轉售予其他發展商。起初長實聲稱擁項目優先認購權，並差點與潘蘇通對簿公堂，最後項目輾轉落入鷹君手上，並市傳鷹君向港鐵支付逾10億元的入場費成本，所以毗鄰「瑜一」就算較「朗賢峯」遲取得發展權，但「瑜一」仍較「朗賢峯」早一點推售。
至於開則定位，「朗賢峯」跟「瑜一」也有點相似。一房由377至388呎之間，共提供198個單位；兩房佔全盤最多，共有372伙，面積介乎482至685呎，還有提供三房及四房戶型，分別有281伙及60伙，以及提供79個特色單位。當然，樓盤定位理應不難去貨，而發展商賺多賺少，我們也很難得知，因為項目實際成本要多少，外界不能確定。
我們只知道以這個價格開售，卻直接影響毗鄰，華懋有份發展的「瑜一」。因為這個項目在去年推售時，售價卻一直向上推高。由最先推出的1B期，首批均價每呎24,838元，一路上升至1C期的25,953元，並去到最後1A期的26,718元，前後加價近8%。問題是，除了1B期接近沽清外，餘下兩期都有貨尾，撇除四宗取消交易個案，暫時累計售出453個單位，佔全盤844伙的54%。當還有一半貨尾等待推售時，「朗賢峯」取態對「瑜一」的上會氣氛有重大影響。
近期港鐵推售的樓盤，不單扭轉市場常說「首批一定有水位」的說法，開價取態更不理會早前入市的業主有否怨氣，總之一期比一期劈得深。長實「Blue Coast」開出深水炸彈價，首批每呎均價21,968元，較早前推售的「海盈山」劈價20%；會德豐康城站「Seasons Place」首批每呎均價14,188元，也比毗鄰的「凱柏峰」大減價21%出貨。這全跟鐵路公司業績不理想，物業發展利潤大跌逾90%至只有7.32億元有關，今年必須全速跑數。
