Heavy rain and wind hit Florida’s Key West on Tuesday, September 27, as Hurricane Ian approached the peninsula.The National Hurricane Center warned Ian could bring life-threatening storm surges, catastrophic winds and flooding to the peninsula.Multiple counties across Florida were placed under evacuation orders.
