Low clouds and fog formed over the Seattle area on the morning of Wednesday, January 26, before clearing in the afternoon, the National Weather Service (NWS) said.Timelapse footage filmed by Amie Wheeler shows rolling clouds creating a scenic view. “Looking out towards the San Juan islands from the top of the Samish Overlook this morning,” she wrote in a tweet.The NWS issued an air stagnation advisory across parts of northwest Washington due to “worsening or poor air quality” expected to remain until Friday morning.
