Building Goes Up in Flames in New York's Chinatown District

Firefighters responded to a three-alarm fire in New York’s Chinatown district on January 23, when an apartment building went up in flames reportedly injuring at least one person.

Local media said the fire began on the fourth floor of the five-storey building around 10pm before spreading to other floors. The building also reportedly housed a seniors centre, among other facilities.
