A rally celebrating the world’s smallest car was held on the Isle of Man on Saturday, August 3, and Sunday, August 4.

Footage filmed by Frank Schuengel over the weekend shows people driving around the towns of Douglas and Peel in the Peel P50 and Trident microcars, to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the company that produced them in the 1960s.

Schuengel said that fewer than 30 Peel P50 microcars and 20 Trident microcars remain today, and that many of them came to the town of Peel, where they were originally built, to celebrate the anniversary. Credit: Frank Schuengel via Storyful
