Coastal flooding swamped roads in Tampa, in Florida, on Monday morning, August 5, after Debby made landfall in Big Bend as a Category 1 hurricane.

This footage was filmed by local resident Lora Bevirt who said it was taken around 7:30 am as Debby was moving away from the area.
