Five rhinos arrived at their new home in Rwanda on June 24 after being moved from a safari park in Czech Republic, officials said.

Two male and three female eastern black rhinos were moved from the Safari Park Dvůr Králové and released into Akagera National Park with hopes of diversifying the genetics of the park’s existing rhinos and increasing the rhino population in the region, according to a press release.

Black rhinos are listed as “critically endangered” by the International Union for Conservation of Nature.
