Biden's UN speech: 'Russia alone' is to blame for Ukraine war

President Biden addressed the United Nation's General Assembly on Tuesday. Biden used the opportunity to urge the world to stand with Ukraine and reminding them that Russia alone is to blame for the war. Semafor Founding Editor Steve Clemons says Biden used the speech to emphasize that Russia's invasion of Ukraine "violates every norm" that the UN stands for and to reinforce U.S. support for Ukraine. Ultimately, however, Clemons is "not sure" Biden's message will get across given how many leaders are skipping this year's event.
